He was very informative about the options that were available to me regarding my older but still running A/C. At no time did I feel like I was being “sold” on something. He let me know in advance what the charges were going to be before the work was completed. No surprises. Steve and Ray took their time to do the job right with a level of quality and professionalism that is hard to find today.
